Webster Avenue Apartments

Webster Avenue Apartments is a 170-unit supportive and affordable housing community located at 411 East 178th Street in the Tremont section of the Bronx. Completed in 2018, the development provides 90 units for formerly homeless and special-needs adults, including individuals living with HIV/AIDS, and 80 units for low-income working adults from the surrounding community.

Designed to promote stability and well-being, the building integrates supportive services directly on-site. The ground floor houses a medical suite, offices for social service providers, and common spaces that foster community interaction. Residents also have access to a fitness room, computer lab, landscaped courtyard, bike storage, community room, on-site laundry facilities, and 24-hour security.

Sustainability features include a landscaped green roof and energy-efficient building systems designed to minimize environmental impact and enhance indoor comfort.
