As the Founding Partner and Chief Executive Officer of C&S PMC Inc., Alex George brings over 21 years of progressive leadership experience in the business development, engineering, and construction industries. Under his direction, C&S PMC has evolved into a trusted name in project management, design-build solutions, and infrastructure development, recognized for its commitment to innovation, integrity, and client satisfaction.

As CEO, Alex has been overseeing enterprise-wide operations, driving efficiency, innovation, and performance across project delivery teams. His leadership ensures operational excellence through streamlined processes, resource optimization, and quality assurance, supporting C&S PMC’s continued growth and reputation for excellence.

Alex’s extensive career reflects his expertise in strategic project delivery & keen insights for the value engineering of high-rise buildings especially the steel and concrete frames, contract administration, and construction management across multiple sectors including healthcare, industrial, commercial, and residential developments.

His dynamic leadership has been instrumental in delivering landmark projects such as the Shorepoint Ocean View Luxury Apartment (150,000 Sft), Rutgers New Chemistry Building, A&Z Pharmaceutical Facility, Bayonne Distribution Facility (180,000 Sft), Melrose Commons Assisted Living (220,000 Sft), Rheingold Senior Housing, JFK Airport Expansion, World Trade Center’s Expansion and Buzzi Unicem Cement Manufacturing Plant (180 Feet Steel Frame Preheater Structure, Maryneal, Texas), among others.

Alex holds a Master’s in Construction Management & Structural Engineering and a Bachelor’s in Civil Engineering. He is a Chartered Engineer (CE), International Professional Engineer (PE), and Fellow of the Institution of Engineers (FIE).

Joseph E. Siladi

Chief Operating Officer

Background & Experience

Joseph Siladi serves as the Chief Operating Officer of C&S PMC Inc., bringing more than 40 years of leadership experience in architecture, construction, and project management. Throughout his distinguished career, Joseph has held senior roles that shaped his expertise in strategic operations, design oversight, and cross-functional team leadership.

Before joining C&S PMC, Joseph led design and construction initiatives for several major firms in New York City, successfully delivering projects across the Corporate, Hospitality, Government, and Affordable Housing. His extensive portfolio includes work with clients such as Daikin McQuay, Varonis Systems, JW Cooper, and Global Infrastructure Partners, along with numerous LEED-certified developments.

As COO, Joseph oversees enterprise-wide operations, driving efficiency, innovation, and performance across project delivery teams. His leadership ensures operational excellence through streamlined processes, resource optimization, and quality assurance, supporting C&S PMC’s continued growth and reputation for excellence.

Ass COO, Joseph has renowned for his collaborative leadership style, he excels in fostering high-performing teams and driving organizational growth through operational excellence and innovative problem-solving. His technical depth spans project planning, quality assurance, resource optimization, and earned value management, ensuring that each project achieves superior outcomes in cost, schedule, and quality performance. His decades of experience in New York’s architectural and regulatory environment, including NYC Department of Buildings permitting, give him deep insight into delivering high-value, compliant, and sustainable solutions

Joseph holds a Bachelor’s in Architecture from The Ohio State University. He is a Registered Architect in the State of New York and a proud member of the American Institute of Architects (AIA).

Dr. Hardeep Bhatia, PhD, P.E.

Partner, President – MEP Division Construction & Value Engineering Design

Dr. Hardeep Bhatia serves as the President of the Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) Division at C&S PMC Inc., bringing over 41 years of professional experience in the design, supervision, and implementation of complex building systems across the commercial, corporate, and healthcare sectors.
A highly respected Electrical and Mechanical Engineer, Dr. Bhatia has led the engineering design of major facilities such as the VA Hospital (New York, NY), Long Island Jewish Hospital, Yale New Haven Hospital, and Johnson & Johnson World Headquarters (NJ). His technical expertise spans power distribution, HVAC systems, life safety, and energy-efficient design, ensuring reliability, performance, and compliance in every project.
In his leadership role, Dr. Bhatia oversees all MEP Value engineering & Construction Operations within C&S PMC, ensuring integration of innovative technologies and
sustainable solutions in the company’s projects. His commitment to precision and continuous improvement drives operational excellence and reinforces C&S PMC’s reputation for delivering high-quality, coordinated design solutions.
Beyond his professional practice, Dr. Bhatia has contributed significantly to academia as an Adjunct Faculty Member at New York University. He has lectured at institutions such as the Brooklyn Engineers Association and the American Institute of Architects (AIA).

Dr. Bhatia holds a Bachelor’s in Electrical Engineering from the New York Institute of Technology, with graduate studies completed at the Polytechnic Institute of New York, Cooper Union, and Drexel University. He is a Licensed Professional Engineer (P.E.) and holds multiple industry certifications, including Trane Air Conditioning and Electrical Systems Estimating.
He is an active member of leading professional bodies such as the IEEE, ASHRAE, ASPE, NFPA, and AFAA.
